Cobain is fine thanks, he's just getting over the cold. He got it from his cousin at his party, and subsequently I think I have caught it from him.....lol Felt very jaded past few days thus why I was fucked after a few rounds on Thursday.

No problems about the pad work. I enjoy taking people on the pads, would like to continue in that form once I stop fighting. To be honest if I haven't learnt it from James or going to Thailand I get it from DVDs. I used to watch them all the time. I've over 300 Thai DVDs. Been watching them again the past couple of weeks, trying to get motivated again for the 8 Man!!

I wont be at training tomorrow, working with a mate on a Plastering job all weekend, and it's good cash. Probally go to the gym Saturday and Sunday night for a workout to make up for it, and the past couple of days.

Other than that we are not up to much this weekend. Suz is tattooing someone tomorrow, she done two today, and that's all we have arranged.

Yeah partners are more than welcome to come, more the merrier! I haven't booked it yet as I am waiting for a few more people to confirm. If I am at gym tonight I will get a note up for people to stick their names up and how many etc Then I can go ahead and get a prelimanary booking at the restaraunt.

Cobain paid more attention to the little elves.......lol Always has an eye for the ladies that one, will have to watch out for when he's older. Wee tart that he is.....lol

I am good thanks. Cobain has been abit grouchy with his teeth but that's it really, poor wee soul. His Daddy always gets him smiling though. It's great having someone with the same maturity level as me to play with.......lol

Suzane took C to Santa's Grotto on the opening day and it was fucking mayhem, adults pushing past with buggys etc. You'd think they'd reliese that it's not really Santa but some jobless bum they just picked off the street for a few weeks......lol The Santa came up to us to spea to the wee guy, and he just ignored him. Then turned round and pulled his beard Ha Ha

Yeah we should get to your shindig mate, should get a babysitter, if not I'll just come on my tod. I know Jordan as I used to run around with his brother Brian. We went to school together, Primary, and Secondary. Small world, eh??..lol

Ha Ha Your body is a temple??!! Yeah a Temple of Doom!!...lol Nah your fitter than ever, hell of a fitter/stronger than you used to be, and you're hitting alot harder on the pads too.

The wee guy is awesome mate , thanks. He's got teeth through the now, which is soooo cute until he tries to bite you!! The guy can chomp.....lol

The Xmas shindig will probally bw the 20th as a few people have preferd that day for one reason or another. Just wait and get more accurate numbers before I trouble the people at the restuarant.

Couldn't be arsed training tonight as I had some of my sleeve done, and it's abit nippy......lol Going to try and get in on Saturday as I may skive for a couple of hours from work. If not then defo back on Monday.

How's your tribe?? Looking forward to Xmas? It's going to be Cobain's first so it'll be a laugh if anything else...lol
